The smart production line for UAN 32 refers to an advanced manufacturing system that incorporates automation, digital technologies, and data analytics to optimize the production process of UAN 32 fertilizer. UAN 32 stands for Urea-Ammonium Nitrate solution with a nitrogen content of 32%.

The Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems are engineered to economically produce high-purity water by
removal of dissolved minerals, bacteria, particles, and organic impurities. Each RO machine is constructed using the highest quality components and materials for reliable operation and exceptional performance. Our standard machines are available with product water outputs from 25-200 GPM (36,000-288,000 GPD). Contact the factory for larger flow rate requirements.

The grease production line with a pressured homogenizer is a manufacturing system used to produce high-quality grease products. Grease is a semisolid lubricant composed of oil, thickener, and additives. A pressured homogenizer is a key component in the production line that helps to blend and disperse the ingredients uniformly, resulting in a smooth and consistent grease product with desirable properties.

The Liquid Packing Line is an automatic bottle filling, capping, and labeling line for low to high-viscosity liquids and oil products. This automatic bottle packing line is widely used in the automotive solutions cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

Function: Acts as a reducing agent for diesel engine vehicles.Emission Reduction: Utilizes Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology when combined with AdBlue® to significantly reduce soot and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, ensuring compliance with Euro 4, 5, and 6 emission standards.

Prilled Urea is a type of solid nitrogen fertilizer that can easily dissolve in water. There are several uses for this type of urea due to its specific properties. We can manufacture this substance through the reaction between ammonia and carbon dioxide. It is largely important for agricultural purposes and as a nitrogen-rich fertilizer. Prilled urea is also known as ice melt urea or de-icer urea.

Urea is an inexpensive form of nitrogen fertilizer with an NPK  ratio of 46-0-0. Although urea is naturally produced in humans and animals, synthetic urea is manufactured with anhydrous ammonia. Although urea often offers gardeners the most nitrogen for the lowest price on the market, special steps must be taken when applying urea to the soil to prevent the loss of nitrogen through a chemical reaction.

This 1000 Liter New IBC with Plastic Pallet is manufactured using a new inner bottle, a new galvanized steel frame, and a new lid and valve. It is an UN-approved product which means it has been manufactured to the highest of standards and is capable of storing hazardous goods, AdBlue®, water, and other liquid chemical and non-chemical.
