Mixing urea with water, causes a drop in temperature due to its endothermic reaction. Traditional systems require a hefty 75 kW of heating energy to dissolve urea, whereas our system accomplishes the same with only 15 kW. This results in a lower unit cost and increased profitability.

Each batch in our production takes just about 20 minutes, signifying an efficient and energy-saving process for rapid production. In contrast, conventional systems necessitate a minimum of 2 hours for heating and mixing.

Minimum Manpower

A single staff member is sufficient for our production process. AdBlue and DEF

AUS stands for “Aqueous Urea Solution.” It is a type of liquid solution that contains urea dissolved in water. AUS is commonly used as a reagent in various applications, including reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions in automotive and industrial exhaust systems. One of the well-known uses of AUS is in AdBlue, an emissions-reducing agent used in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems for diesel engines. AdBlue is injected into the exhaust gas stream, where it reacts with nitrogen oxide gases, converting them into harmless water vapor and nitrogen. This process helps to reduce harmful emissions and promote environmental sustainability. AUS is also used in other applications where urea-based solutions are required for specific purposes.

Aqueous Urea Solution AUS 32: This solution is primarily utilized for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions from auto exhaust systems, specifically in diesel engines.
